I'm working at the company as a Graphic Designer, who works on 2D mobile games for children/younger audience. I've worked on main title games (Bubbu, Duddu, Pixie, Bubbu School, Bubbu 2 etc.), as well as on the ones from older catalogue.
My tasks in general are:

Things I do on my own:
⦁ Create sketches, concept art, character designs and environments.
⦁ Draw particles, sprites and simple VFX animations.
⦁ Design feature graphics, cross promotion material and interstitials.
⦁ Create game icons and screenshots for Google Play and Apple store.
⦁ Brainstorm and provide new content ideas for existing games.
⦁ Plan UX/UI for new game content and write game design documentation for other team members, specifically programmers.
⦁ Rigorously test various game builds, provide feedback and report bugs to other team members.
⦁ Prepare my working files with proper documentation in a manner that other team members can use them later on.
Things I do with my team:
⦁ Collaborate with team members to design new minigames and various add-ons for the existing games.
⦁ Work closely with other graphic designers to ensure a cohesive visual style.
⦁ Communicate regularly with other team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and to the desired level of quality.
⦁ Closely work with the animator when creating characters and customizable skins for them.
⦁ Attend educational courses and workshops to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new platforms.
I've worked at the company as a 3D Generalist for AR/VR. During the employment I was doing various interesting tasks.
My tasks in general were:
⦁ 3D modeling, creating LODs and retopology
⦁ UV mapping
⦁ Texturing
⦁ Teaching at the Workshop classes
⦁ Creating videos for education purposes
Things I've done on my own:
⦁ Due to my precision, organizational skills and meeting deadlines I often worked independently or as an active member in different teams, where I was the main link in the whole production.
⦁ Created a curriculum for the Črnomelj Workshop, study material and guided participants through classes where we created a 3D boy model
⦁ Wrote scripts, recorded voice over, edited sound clips and video for Črnomelj Workshop Youtube series.
⦁ Designed new UX/UI and overall look for TravelAR Slovenija application.
⦁ Created 3D models for TravelAR application and various outsourced projects -humans, animals, objects, environment - as well as texturing, rigging and animating them if needed.
⦁ Tested various application builds, provided feedback and reported bugs to other team members.
⦁ Brainstormed and made suggestions for UX/UI, space ship and game play for first draft of Planet Attack AR game.
Things I've done with my team:
⦁ Have regular meetings with other team members to ensure our work is cohesive in style and we're all reaching project milestones.
⦁ Communicated with team members on regular basis to better divide tasks or help others when needed. I helped with cleaning motion capture, illustration and animation in general.
⦁ Worked as a co-mentor in other Workshops, providing help to participants during the courses.
⦁ Solved problems and made adjustments to models in timely manner.
⦁ Offered mentorship and helped out newer team members in 3D department.
⦁ Helped animators with motion capture face recording.
